  Service was unacceptable. We had a table of six but we were the only customers in the restaurant for lunch! Another two customers came 30 mins. later and things went down hill quickly! Although the waiter was the only waiter, he couldn't remember to bring items requested, i.e., straw, water, OUR FOOD! Our checks were incorrect, we had to beg for "to go" containers. Service was just slow and pathetic! As for the food, it was ok. I agree with another review that Roosters' has better wings,,, and service! The restaurant is dark and dreary too! Don't plan to return anytime soon! Even with a free coupon that allowed me to get a free "starter!" The waiter only took $8 off the $10 starter. When I inquired why it wasn't "free," he made the adjustment and took it off my bill! Just too much chaos for a lunch meal!

  Worst experience ever! I would rate it a zero ago, however I cannot. Waited 10 minutes to be seated, we were the only ones at the counter, and then messed up the beer orders...Then we placed the food order and waited over an hour for 4 order of wings... 10 boneless wings each and a burger. 4 tables came after us and left before us when we were still at the table. I am writing this review as I sit waiting for the food. Now that I think of it, not once have I been offered a refill on my beer.
  
  Meanwhile, I was watching the bar has been left unattended for over 7 minutes with 4 people at the bar.
  
  Wow, now the Manager came over and didn't help the cause. She was short minded and demeaning. I would've left but we have kids and trying to teach them to have morals and ethics. The youngest of my kids is 2 and has waited over an hour and half for food.
  
  Food is here!!! 1 hour and 24 minutes after the order. I can now say the food wasn't that good and I will NEVER come here again and I will NEVER recommend this place. I will go out of my way to ensure not one of my friends comes to eat at this location EVER!!!
  
  Nice waitress though. She felt horrible. She said she told the manager she wouldn't charge us.
